Four things are true of every Dash World engagement, and they are agreed before any work begins.
Project scope, deliverables, responsibilities and timeline are agreed in a written document before development begins. If it is not in the scope, it is not in the price — and both sides can point to the same sheet.
Larger engagements are structured around agreed delivery milestones rather than requiring the entire project value upfront. Each milestone is released against work you have seen.
Client domains, hosting, production accounts and agreed deliverables are registered or transferred appropriately for the client. You are not dependent on us to keep your own business online.
Projects include an agreed support period after launch covering defects and deployment-related issues, so the handover is a start rather than an ending.
Tell us what you need and we will put the scope, the price and the date in writing before anything else happens.
